feat: show subtask rollup on READY task cards
READY tasks now call renderSubtaskRollup identical to BLOCKED tasks
(without a question). The rollup appears above Accept/Reject buttons.
New test: web/test/ready-subtasks.test.mjs (10 assertions, all pass).
