	recurrence_series_id != "" is the real recurring indicator (IsRecurring predates this feature and is never set). Adds parseWeekdays/formatWeekdays for the comma-separated weekday-list column, and threads the five new columns through scanNativeTasks and all four existing SELECT queries.
