Manually applied from server.go diff (skipping Claude→Agent rename):
- taskLogStore field + validateCmdPath field
- DELETE /api/tasks/{id} route + handleDeleteTask
- GET /api/tasks/{id}/logs/stream route
- POST /api/tasks/{id}/resume route + handleResumeTimedOutTask
- handleCancelTask: allow cancelling PENDING/QUEUED tasks directly
